Bursaries are available for those on benefits. the Courses will run from 29th June or 6th July.  The first week is located in North Cornwall on a stunning lake surrounded by beautiful Bodmin Moor where Wakeboarding, Sailing, Windsurfing, High Ropes, Kayaking, Navigational Challenge and Climbing will be available along with learning the important skills of team building, leadership and communication. In week 2 they will be staying in the Penryn University Campus in a private en-suite room for 5 days and 4 nights. There will be more activities and team building fun. They will also start to explore the opportunities for Social Action that they will design and deliver in the following weeks. In week 3 they will learn more about their local community, discover its challenges and address its issues. They will learn about fundraising, sourcing materials and resources along with marketing their project. As a group they will design their own work plan and work on a project THEY feel passionate about! Week 4 will see the plan being put into action. On completion of their project the team will have an incredible addition to their CV and have a lot of fun doing it.

Falmouth Rotary are working closely with the Falmouth school to get this incredible opportunity brought to the attention of the parents of year 11 pupils.
